Memory
We will set up an account for you with Wasabi, our partner for secure and cost-effective S3 storage. After the initial configuration, the account is handed over to you so that you have full management rights. We have no access to your data without your consent.
Client Setup & initial Backup
Our team takes care of setting up the backup client during the initial configuration, which runs as a Windows service (Windows OS) or systemd unit (Linux). The initial backup is carefully planned by our cloud engineers in collaboration with your network and IT infrastructure team to ensure a smooth implementation.
Monitoring und Alerts
Our monitoring setup uses the industry standard Grafana to create interactive dashboards and alerts. You can either use our monitoring infrastructure at no extra cost or provide your own. With dedicated Grafana dashboards and alerting rules included in our service, we can proactively respond to incidents and you will be proactively informed.
Handover and support
After setup, a joint handover takes place to introduce you to the general operating model and manual recovery procedures. Optionally, we offer a detailed operations manual that provides technical insights and guidance on backup architecture and processes.
