How we work:

We like clear structures, but not bureaucracy.
We work in a hybrid model—sometimes in the office, sometimes remotely—depending on what makes the most sense for our projects.

In the office, we work together, discuss, laugh, and sometimes even swear. It’s the same when working remotely—with regular communication, honest feedback, and short distances.

And because work isn’t everything: if you want to leave early to soak up some sun or do some sports, go ahead, and if your mom invites you over for coffee in the afternoon, go (if there’s cake left over, it’s welcome, of course). For us, healthy IT also means: space for breaks, clearing your head, life outside of code.
